My name is Kayla and I turn 16 in November. I am a sophomore and play varsity soccer for North Forsyth High. I’ve played soccer pretty much since I could walk. It’s a big and important part of my life. My favorite team is AC Milan and always has been. I like making people laugh and I’m very outgoing; but when it comes to the game there’s nothing else on my mind as I am serious and focused.
My favorite color is yellow and my favorite animal is a penguin. A couple of my favorite movies are Rush Hour, Coyote Ugly, and The Longest Yard. The beach is my all time favorite. When I’m not on the field, some things I like to do are listen to music, skim board, airbrush, and hang out with friends. I also run varsity track. My events are 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, 4x100, and long jump.
Another important part of my life, besides soccer, is my family. From my amazing grandparents to my crazy little cousins; I don’t know what I would do without them. They are always supportive and always know how to make me laugh.
I am really looking forward to the 2009 season and am excited about getting to know my new teammates better.
